By downloading, installing, or using SkiFlee ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose
  • Distribute, sell, or transfer the Game to third parties
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Game may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in Apple's App Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

SkiFlee and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, and code, are the intellectual property of SkiFlee and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SkiFlee is a tribute to and inspired by the original SkiFree game created by Chris Pirih.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
